• Quote request form: your name, phone number, email address, and the type of cleaning service you're interested in.
• Direct outreach: if you call or email us after visiting this site, any details you choose to share in that conversation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit for a short, practical list of purposes:

• To schedule and confirm your cleaning appointment if you move forward.
• To follow up with you about ongoing or future service, if that's what you want.

That's it. We don't use your information for marketing lists, newsletters you didn't sign up for, or anything else outside the context of your cleaning request.

This website relies on a few third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data passing through their systems:

• Vercel — the hosting provider that serves this website. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for operational purposes.
• Resend — the email delivery service we use to receive form submissions. When you submit the quote form, your information is sent to us through Resend.
• Google Fonts — used to render typography on the site. May be subject to Google's privacy practices.
• Google Maps — embedded on our location pages to help you visualize service areas. Google may set cookies or collect interaction data when a map loads, per Google's own privacy practices.

We don't currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

This website is intended for adults booking cleaning services for their homes or businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
